By default, email notifications for WPForms will include a footer that reads “Send from YOUR SITE NAME”, as shown in this screenshot:

Notification footer text

If you’d like to completely remove that text from future form notifications, you can add the following code to your site:

<?php
/**
 * WPForms remove the "Sent from YOUR SITE" email notification footer text.
 */
add_filter( 'wpforms_email_footer_text', '__return_empty_string' );

Or, if you’d rather just change the ‘Sent From’ text, you can instead add the code below to your site.

Just change the part that reads ‘NEW TEXT HERE’:

/**
 * WPForms change the "Sent from YOUR SITE" email notification footer text.
 */
function wpf_dev_footer_text( $footer ) {
	$footer = sprintf( __( 'NEW TEXT HERE <a href="%s" style="color:#bbbbbb;">%s</a>', 'wpforms' ), esc_url( home_url() ), wp_specialchars_decode( get_bloginfo( 'name' ) ) );
	return $footer;
}
add_filter( 'wpforms_email_footer_text', 'wpf_dev_footer_text' );
